Can I Return & Refund my order?

We offer a 7-day no questions asked return window.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and packaged in its original materials.

Please ensure you retain your order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase as it will be required to process your return.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Can I Cancel my order?

We understand that plans change, and we’re truly sorry if you need to cancel your order.

You can cancel your purchase any time before it has been dispatched.

Because we work in small batches and begin preparing your piece shortly after the order is placed, cancellations after dispatch aren’t possible. We hope you understand—each item is crafted and packed with care, and once it’s on its way, it’s already in the hands of our delivery partners.

Where do you design your Products?


Our products are fully envisioned and meticulously designed in India, with close attention to every detail and every nitty-gritty that shapes our aesthetic.

Where are your products manufactured?


We work with LWG (Leather Working Groups) Gold Certified Tanneries across India, which is the highest environmental standard in terms of leather tanning. Those who share our commitment to ethical practices and meticulous craftsmanship. Every piece is created with care, precision, and integrity—standards we consider essential to our vision of Homegrown Modern Luxury.

Having our production rooted in India isn’t just a choice—it’s a reflection of our values, our pride, and the cultural foundation of everything we design.

Why is there no Cash On Delivery option?



We understand that many shoppers prefer Cash on Delivery, and we’re truly sorry that we can’t offer it at this time. Because our pieces are crafted in small, carefully curated batches, COD often leads to cancellations or unclaimed orders—which takes away availability from customers who genuinely want these limited items

As a homegrown modern luxury brand, we aim to offer a smooth, premium experience, and COD doesn’t fit the reliability and consistency we want for our customers. Prepaid orders help us keep things fair, secure, and seamless for everyone.

We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

For international customers, minimal and transparent shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We always aim to keep these costs as low as possible while ensuring fast and reliable delivery worldwide.
